"I would like to nominate Bubbles for student of the month she is a dedicated student who goes above her lessons and reads extra books that we discuss and read together. She has developed a lot of new vocabulary and uses it in her conversation as we discuss the books we've read."

"I'd like to nominate Alex Shao. Alex has only been with me a short time, but we have accomplished a lot due to her hard work and dedication. Alex comes prepared to every lesson and always completes the assigned work.  It is because of her conscientiousness that we are progressing so expertly through the curriculum.  Alex also shows initiative. In addition to the curriculum, we are also reading and discussing a supplementary novel!  Alex is a bright and industrious student that is very deserving of the nomination!  "

Teacher Nancy：

"I would like to nominate Annie Chen.  She has show a growing interest in her science studies.  Her questions are astute and she is so curious!  In the last quarter of her science course, she has opted to study some of the harder subjects from the science library because she wants to challenge herself.  What a great academic attitude she has in class!"

Teacher Sandra：

" I'd like to nominate Doris Wang for the month of April.  She's only 6 years old, but though I can only explain grammar rules to her with the help of videos and games, she picks up the grammar very quickly and her attention span is very long for a student of her age.  She is already reading emergent reader books with the words she has learned in the short time we've been together and her vocabulary is growing by leaps and bounds.  She can't type in English yet, but she can spell out loud the correct forms of words she's learning.  She loves to speak and read in English and is like a little sponge in picking up the language.  She deserves all the credit in the world for the effort sh puts into our lessons."

Teacher Michelle：

"I would like to nominate my student Kitty... Not only has she recently won 2nd Place for her essay submission after MUCH hard work and dedication, she is also always striving to do MORE at home and on her own! I am truly inspired by Kitty's determination to be her best! "
