Teacher Elizabeth：

“I would like to nominate Angel Zhang for May's student of the month. Angel's fluency and comprehension has grown so much since when we first began. She has never been late to class or missed a class. She has a wonderful sense of humor and works very hard at her pronunciation. I am privileged and proud to be her teacher”

Teacher Nancy：

“I would like to nominate Emily Wang for student of the month. Emily has great participation in class and always had something to add to the content of the lessons. She has a large vocabulary and is able to describe her ideas with clarity. Emily always puts lots of energy into her studies. Her positive attitude makes working with her a pleasure.”

“I would like to nominate Apple Guo. Apple shows up to every lesson with a smile and a positive attitude towards learning. She participates in content discussion by asking questions and providing ideas and examples. She demonstrates innovative thought and possesses a natural curiosity for learning. Most importantly, Apple works very hard at articulating her ideas and asks excellent questions in her search for understanding. It is a pleasure having Apple as a student.

Teacher Robin：

I would like to no nominate Orange Cheng. i started teaching Orange 5 months ago. she could hardly speak or understand English. she wanted to learn science. I knew this was going to be hard. I started her off at 2nd grade level. She is one that takes notes, repeats words over that she doesn't understand. and continues to want more. She is early to class always happy and ready to go. I can honestly say she is reading 5th grade science and ready to move up after six months of teaching her. She is also reading English books. I enjoy teaching Orange.

Teacher Peggy：

I would like to nominate Amy Feng for student of the month. She is an amazing student who works diligently to learn all her new vocabulary and takes her lesson seriously. She studies before each lesson and comes prepared to learn. I look forward to our lessons each week.
