Congratulations to Stella Zhu, Amy Xia，Jessica Yu，Hanks Du, Kevin Zhou and Alice Liang. Ivy Education’s Student of the Month!

Teacher Michelle：

Hi! I would like to nominate Stella Zhu as a candidate for Student of the Month! Stella is always such an engaged and motivated student. She strives to be the very best that she can be. She is an absolute delight as an exemplar student!

Teacher Robin：

I would like to nominated  Amy xia. I have been teaching Amy for awhile. this young lady has proved to be an  extraordinary person. she not only rides Horses, she competes in ice skating, she travels, she draws and reads English well. but the most important activity she contributes too, is taking some time during the summer and helping the students who don't get the education they need.  She helps them with reading, drawing and what is needed.  Amy deserves this award.

Teacher Elizabeth：

I woule like to nominate Jessica Yu. She always does her homework, she always brings her notebook to class, and she asks questions when she does not understand something. She is such a hard worker with a wonderful attitude towards learning. It is evident if her efforts how much she enjoys learning English. She is a teacher's dream student come true.

Teacher Sandra：

I would like to nominate Hanks Du for student of the month.  Despite his limited English vocabulary, Hanks manages to tackle each lesson with a perseverance that is commendable.  He makes sure he understands every word of an assignment before tackling it and is honest when he doesn't understand.  He is conscientious and diligent about his homework, is fully engaged at all times, and does his best, never losing concentration during every lesson.  He learns very difficult grammar and punctuation very quickly and his memory is retentive.  His main concern in each Lesson is to get everything just right.   Hanks's dedication to learning as much about English as he can makes him a very rewarding and special student to teach.

Teacher Nancy：

I am happy to nominate Kevin Zhou for stusent of the month.  Kevin has made remarkable improvements in his speaking ability and had worked hard to improve his reading.  He can decode new words and he is very willing to practice difficult pronunciation.  He loves science and brings many books to class to share what he knows.  It is a pleasure to see him develop into a fine English student.

I would also like to nominate Alice Liang for student of the month.  Alice is prepared for every class with completed homework, a willingness to work diligently, and unbounded enthusiasm.  She sets a slow pace in the program because she enjoys learning much information additional to what is presented in the A+ book.  Her notes are thorough and organized.  Her wonderful study habits assure that she is a successful learner and all-around great student!
