Congratulations to Flora Jia, Harry Guo, Shanyi Ren, Jenny Yan, Linda Shu, BaoJia Ma and Connie Shu. Ivy Education’s Student of the Month!

Teacher Melody：

I would like to nominate Flora Jia for student of the month. Flora Jia is always cheerful and is always on time for each lesson. She begins every lesson with a smile. She is very interested in learning and takes great notes. She asks questions anytime she does not fully understand. She also likes to share when something interesting happens at school or if there is something special that she is looking forward to. She if very open and easy to talk to. Her enthusiasm for both her subjects makes it a joy to teach and talk about.


Teacher Peggy：

I would like to nominate Harry Guo who is an amazing student he enjoys learning and participating in our class along with discussions and his ideas.  He has maps all over his room which he is always eager to look at and make comparisons of the map that we have online he is extremely intelligent and is developing vocabulary and social skills every lesson.


Teacher Elizabeth：


I would like to nominate Shanyi Ren for student of the month. The last few months she has not missed one class or been late. She has completed all her homework on time every time. She has shown a wonderful attitude towards reading and comprehension discussion in our meetings. I am very happy with her progress and I feel she has worked hard to earn this special recognition.


Teacher Robin：


I would to nominate Jenny yan for student of the month.  Jenny came to my class wanting to learn new words and grammar.  She has excelled in both of those subjects.  she reads English books well and comprehends without hesitation.  I hope to keep teaching Jenny for a long time. she is always happy and loves her kitten.

Teacher Sandra：


I would like to nominate Linda Shu for student of the month. She is a new student who has hit the ground running with her reading course.  She has a very retentive memory  and always has the new vocabulary at her fingertips when class starts.  She also grasps the main points of her A+ lessons very quickly and retains them in further exercises.  She loves reading stories in English and has a happy attitude about speaking and writing in English. Her joy in using what she has learned with me makes each lesson a joy for both of us.


Teacher Holly：


I nominate Baojia Ma for the student of the month. Baojia comes to every lesson eager to learn. She always has a positive attitude towards learning and happily contributes to the discussion. One of Baojia's favorite things to do is to make character and plot predictions in a story. She does this exceptionally well and is always so pleased when her predictions are correct!  Baojia enjoys reading aloud and she puts significant effort into using appropriate pauses and correct intonation when speaking. Baojia has developed excellent fluency and is an amazing story teller!  It is a delight to have Baojia Ma as a student.


Teacher Nancy：

I would like to nominate Connie Shu for student of the month.  Connie has improved greatly in conversation in the last 6 months.  Now she can talk about anything! Connie is curious and asks very  interesting questions.  She's always so friendly in class, and that positive attitude makes the class enjoyable.
